Principal Engineer
Keith Hubble
Keith is a seasoned engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and over 27 years of specialized experience in the maritime industry. A native and active resident of Virginia, he spent the first 24 years of his career working for various defense contractors developing power and control systems for combatant Navy ships. One of his core areas of expertise is the design and analysis of high impact shock and vibration mitigation systems with a particular focus on high-speed craft and the extreme environments they encounter.
His work encompasses the full spectrum of performance testing — from hull dynamics, active ride control systems, shock mitigating seats and human body response — all aimed at reducing injury risks and improving mission endurance for maritime personnel. Keith utilizes some of the most advanced inertial measurement sensors (IMUs) available to capture precise data during testing and leverages AI-driven data processing and analysis to provide deeper, actionable insights that improve vessel design, human protection, and overall operational performance.
Keith currently serves as Principal Engineer with TMS Group USA, where he develops custom test programs for his clients and leads all phases of testing, analysis and reporting. His contributions continue to influence industry standards, ensuring that both technology and human factors design advance in unison to meet the demands of modern high-speed boat operations.
