All of our courses are taught by certified instructors with actual first-hand combat operations and training experience.
All employees are prior military service members and highly trained on safety and Operational Risk Management (ORM). ORM is a program that is used by several government agencies i.e. (Navy, Air Force, and the FAA). We have implemented this program into our day-to-day operations at TMS Group, Inc.

Course Examples & Overview
- Instructor Training – 2 week course designed to provide the trainees with skills to instruct maritime and ground trainings and maintenance
- School House Developement – 36-month course designed to train and map out a success plan to provide sustainment
- Patrol Craft Riverine – 6 to 8-week course designed to provide trainees with the skills to operate small craft in a riverine environment
- Patrol Craft Coastal – 8-week course designed to provide the trainee with the basic to intermediate skills to operate small craft in a coastal environment
- Weapons Safety & Maintenance – 2 to 4-week course designed to provide understanding and application for weapons safety and maintenance
- Tactical Patrol Leader & Mission Planning – 2-week course designed to teach the tactical employment of platoon-sized units in various environments
